Does What It Says But Runs Some Sort of Background Process
This app does exactly what it says. It can play 6 disctinct types of ambient/background noise to help you concentrate in noisy places, or relax. My two gripes with this products are:
1. When Chill is in the menu bar (doesnt matter if it is playing sound or not) it has some sort of application running in the background called "BackDropApp" that is only visible when you use Expose to change windows. It only has a label (i.e. no actual window) but when you mouse over it, the entire section of the "BackDropApp" turns blue, reminiscent of Windows blue screen of death.
2. The "Wind" background noise it make sounds nothing like what I think the wind blowing sounds like.
Dont think it is worth the money... considering the annoyance of this blue background app that seems to continually be there for no apparent reason.
